The Power of Grace in Healing: Speeding Up the Process

As healing practitioners, we often witness profound transformation during our sessions. But did you know that one of the most gentle and effective ways to enhance this process further is by consciously requesting Grace and Ease from the Divine? When we align ourselves with the beautiful energy of Grace, we create a nurturing space that accelerates healing and makes the experience smoother.

What Is Grace?

Grace is a divine gift—an expression of loving, merciful compassion that flows from Source Energy. Think of it as a limitless reservoir of the unconditional love, forgiveness, mercy, and strength—available whenever we choose to access it.

For us as healers, maintaining a state of Grace during sessions isn’t just beneficial—it's essential. When we are grounded in Grace, we amplify our healing efforts and our clients benefit from a more gentle process.

Being in a State of Grace

To be in a state of Grace means having the ability and openness to bring Source Energy, or God's Light, into our being. It’s about opening our heart and inviting that divine energy to flow through us freely. When we do this, we’re not just channeling energy—we’re creating a sacred bridge that allows divine love, mercy, and protection to assist both us and our clients.

Light Alignment clears the way for us to easily remain in a state of Grace by optimizing our capacity to channel this energy. In this way, we become powerful conduits of divine energy, supporting healing in the most gentle and effective manner.

To be clear, we may be in a state of Grace at any time, not only while doing healing work—it is a wonderful state to be in.

Calling Upon Grace to Ease the Healing Process

An impactful practice is to deliberately request Grace and Ease for clients’ as they process from the day’s energy healing session. At the end of a session, simply request (in your own words):

“Dear Divine, I request that (Client/Self) process from this session with Grace and Ease.”

As you make this request, feel the energy of love and compassion fill your heart, and then extend to your client. If you're a visualizer, you might imagine an aura of Light surrounding the client.

As with any energy work, the client doesn’t have to be physically present for this to have a profound effect. By initiating the request, we help reduce both the symptoms and the duration of processing.

In my experience, requesting Grace and Ease can dramatically shorten recovery times. I've seen processing periods drop from 48 hours to just 15, from 15 hours to 3, and even from 48 days down to 15 days—just by making the request.

For those on the receiving end of energy work, please know that you may make this request for yourself if the practitioner does not.

Self-Test Questions for Healers

A great question to ask for yourself is: “What percentage of the time am I in a state of Grace while in session?”

If you find that it’s not 100%, what might be blocking that flow? It may be lingering feelings of unworthiness, or a need or desire to control the outcome of your work. These feelings can restrict us from fully accepting and sharing the divine gift of Grace.

Remember that feelings of unworthiness are of the dark side, not of the Light. We are always worthy of that which is good - including Grace, of doing impactful work for our clients, and of living abundant, empowered lives. We do not have to “deserve” these things, they are already written into our Divine Plan.

If you find that you hold a need or desire to control the outcome of your sessions, it is important to clear the underlying causes for the attachment. A desire to control the outcome of a session will often work against us and actually impede the client’s progress.

A few great question for practitioners to ask for themselves is:

  • “Do I feel 100% worthy of channeling Grace for others? For myself?”

  • “Do I feel 100% worthy of providing my services for others?”

  • “To what degree am I attached to the outcome of the sessions I hold for others? For myself?” (zero percent is ideal)

  • “To what degree do I trust that the work I do will be exactly what the client needs at the time?”

  • “To what degree do I align with the quality of Grace?”

By consciously inviting Grace into our healing space, we not only serve our clients better, but also nurture our own soul’s growth.
