Working with The Entirety of Your Being

FOR HEALING PRACTITIONERS

Where intention meets the infinite layers of our Being

If you have been in energy work for some time, you've likely developed a sensitivity to how the body communicates — a felt sense of where things are held, where something is ready to shift, and where the resistance lives. This method is an invitation to take that attunement a step further, by addressing not just the presenting layer, but every layer at once.

It asks something of the practitioner: that you have a clear field yourself, and the ability to open your mind to the concept of working with the Entire Being (all the various physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects). If that lands as a natural yes, read on.

Glowing woman levitates with arms outstretched in a purple cosmic scene, surrounded by sacred geometry and sparkling light.

Those of us who work with energy understand the body to be deeply intelligent.

The Entirety of the Being refers to the entire system as a Whole, versus working with one aspect of the Being at a time.

For example, we're not working with the heart, the emotional body, or the belief system individually - we're working with the whole system at once. Not necessarily all as "one Being", but as individual conscious parts of ourselves, all held and acknowledged within the intention.

The "Will of the Entirety of the Being" represents the combined intention and readiness of all aspects of a person's system to align with a specific goal or release.

Every organ, gland, tissue, cell, strand of DNA, atom, particle — and even the spaces in between — holds information, memory, and some level of awareness.

The various structures do not think the way the analytical mind does, but they do respond. They communicate, store patterns, and participate actively in the healing process. They are not passive recipients — they are collaborators.

Working with the Entirety of Our Being means working with all of it at once — every organ, gland, tissue, liquid (blood, spinal fluid, saliva, and so on), cell, DNA molecule, atom, the spaces between the particles of atoms and otherwise, physically and energetically — as an aware field.

Building Resonance with the Intention

When we first begin working with this method, it is important to spell the intention out in full each time.

Think of it like programming a shortcut on your computer. The first time, we carefully set up the command to ensure it works perfectly. Once it's programmed, we can use the shortcut to achieve the same result instantly, without repeating the setup process.

FULL FORM — Use This When Beginning

"I clear every organ, gland, tissue, liquid, cell, DNA molecule, atom, all spaces in between and otherwise, physically and energetically, to have the full 100% Will to ________."

Repeating the full statement establishes resonance — we are training the field to recognize the shorthand. We are linking the complete intention to the phrase "Entirety of my Being" so that over time, when we say those words, the field already knows exactly what we mean.

It's kind of like building a bridge once, carefully, so we do not need to rebuild it every crossing. After a while, the abbreviated form carries the full weight of the original.

Once that resonance is established, we may effectively work with the shorter form with the same depth of reach:

SHORTENED FORM — Once Resonance is Established

"I clear the Entirety of my Being to have the full 100% Will to ________."

A Different Kind of Intention

What makes this method distinct is not just what we are intending — it is the scope of how we are holding it.

In most energy work, an intention is singular and directed: we bring your focus to the heart, the nervous system, a specific belief. That precision is valuable, and it remains so. But working with the Entirety of Your Being asks something different.

In a single moment, we hold the intention for the heart, the brain, the gut, each organ, every gland, every cell — all at once.

This is not concentration in the usual sense. It is more like expansion. Rather than zooming in, we are widening the aperture until the whole system is held within it. Some find it helps to simply relax the mind rather than direct it — not grasping at each part, but allowing all parts to be present simultaneously, the way a room holds everything in it without effort.

This approach is advanced not due to its complexity, but because it calls for a particular quality of presence. The mind that wants to track each piece will find it slippery. The mind that can rest in the wholeness of it will find it surprisingly natural.

A Note on Language: "...That No Longer Serves"

You will notice the phrase "that no longer serves me / them" appears throughout this work. This is not incidental — it is our failsafe to ensure we're always working for the Highest Good.

For example, releasing old beliefs that no longer align with our current values or goals, while leaving the beliefs that still serve us in some way.

We are never forcing the body to release anything. We are restoring the body's innate ability to discern, choose, and let go in alignment with its own wisdom. The phrasing honors that sovereignty. What no longer serves is released; what is still in use, or still being integrated, is left untouched.

Think of it like cleaning out your closet. You let go of clothes that no longer fit or suit your style, but you keep the ones that are still useful or meaningful to you.

How This Method Is Used in Practice

This is not a one-size approach. The Entirety of the Being intention can be woven into a session in several ways:

Use — 01

Clearing the Will before an emotional release

When an emotional energy — let's say “failure” energy, for example — has been identified as ready for release, we begin by checking: How strong is the Will of the Entirety of the client's Being to release any and all failure energy that no longer serves them? Clear that Will to 100% first, and then release the failure energy from the field.

This ensures no part of the system will hold onto what they are about to release. It's like clearing a path through a dense forest before leading someone through it. By ensuring the Will is fully aligned, we remove obstacles that might otherwise slow or block the release process.

Use — 02

Opening a session around physical healing

When the session intention is physical — a back injury, for example — you might begin with two questions: How strong is the Will of the Entirety of the Being to fully heal from this injury? How strong is the Will of the Entirety of the Being to learn the lesson associated with this injury? Clearing both to a strong 100% creates an unobstructed channel.

The body begins healing on its own once the blockages have been addressed. From there, you can move into intentional clearing with a system already oriented toward restoration. With "everybody" on board, the deepest root cause of a concern can surface quickly.

Use — 03

Stand-alone clearings

Some statements are complete in themselves. For example: "I clear the Entirety of my Being to have the full 100% Will to release collective entanglements that no longer serve me, with grace, ease, and Divine Timing."

Statements like these require nothing further — they unclog the drain, in a sense. The system begins releasing naturally, in its own time and order. When no part of the system has a "Will" to hold onto what doesn't serve the Whole, it lets it go.

Holding the Full Field

How you sense this work will be unique to you. Here are a few of the ways I personally experience it — offered to spark your own connection, not to prescribe what should happen:

Visual
Visual

Seeing the body shift into infinite particles — spreading, vibrating, shifting colors. Or various components of the energy body lighting up where the most significant blockages were held.

Sensation
Sensation

Gentle pressure, heaviness, tingling, or small electric currents in areas of lowest initial "Will" — always mild, just for awareness.

Auditory
Auditory

Hearing the name of the body part with the most resistance, a whisper that some part doesn't feel safe, worthy, or ready — and sometimes, an expression of gratitude from the body at the end.

A note: if sensations ever become intense during a clearing, hold the intention that all intuitive information be offered to you gently, in whatever way best supports your learning and growth. The body will meet you there. If it doesn't — do some investigating. Find out what support it needs from you first.

What We Are Actually Restoring

The body and energy field are naturally designed for balance. Our system knows how to take in what supports life, and how to let go of what does not. But old energies, trauma responses, inherited patterns, beliefs, attachments, or distortions interfere with that intelligence — causing the system to hold onto things it would otherwise release.

This is never an act of failure on the body's part, or on the person's part. It is the body's way of signaling that there is disharmony in the field — something that is ready to be seen and healed.

When we clear the Entirety of the Being to have the full Will to release something, we are not forcing anything. We are clearing the interference and restoring balance. Once those layers are gone, the body's own wisdom returns — and what does not belong begins to move through, rather than remaining lodged in the system.

We are not doing the healing. We are removing what was in the way of it.

This is the elegance of working at this level. The practitioner does not need to know every layer being addressed. The Entirety does. We are simply creating the conditions for it to do what it already knows how to do.

This method may deepen with practice, and with your willingness to trust what you cannot always see. If it resonates, let it be an opening — not a technique to perfect, but a relationship to cultivate with the extraordinary intelligence that is always, already, present in the field.

It is my deepest hope that this work finds you at the right moment — that it offers a new doorway, or perhaps names something you have already been sensing. May it expand what feels possible in your practice, and may your clients feel the difference in the quality of presence you bring.

You are not just learning a technique. You are deepening your relationship with the intelligence that underlies all healing. Trust that. It already knows the way.

Now — go work your magic, and have fun doing it! ✨
